Mark Ludwig-Equal Parental Rights

Mark is the Executive Director of Americans for Equal Shared Parenting (AFESP), an organization that raises awareness of the need for children to have equal access to both of their fit, willing, and able parents.

Mark is active in 31 states with legislation and has over 30 years of political experience. He was instrumental in the passage of 10 pieces of legislation in 9 different states regarding issues affecting the shared parenting community, and is passionate about pushing this movement in all 50 states.

Mark advocates for equal rights for parents, regardless of gender. According to Mark, a judge should start with 50/50 parenting, so long as both parents are fit to be parents. I agree with him.
