I've been making this melty meaty onion paste for a while now and thought I'd share it with the world, as far as I know I've invented this as I couldn't find another example of it online? There isn't really a recipe to post here as this is purely a technique turorial. Feel free to use the onions of your choice, whatever meat you prefer, add spices, garlic etc and you will be thrilled with the end product.
