SCOTUS ruling sets precedent for Trump

Harvard Law Emeritus Alan Dershowitz tells John Solomon and Amanda Head that the Supreme Court is starting to demand due process after handing down a ruling Monday, siding with the Trump administration on illegal immigrants previously protected by the Biden administration. Dershowitz added that the legislature has failed to do its job, saying "Congress has been sitting on its hands."
