5 biji telur
1 cawan gula
1 sdm ovallett
1 sdm serbuk penaik
1/2 cawan susu pekat Manis
3/4 cawan minyak
esen vanilla
2 cawan tepung gandum
pewarna kek

1.Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang

2.Masuk ovallet.Pukul lagi

3.Masuk susu pekat,esen vanilla,minyak

4.Akhir sekali masuk serbuk penaik dan
tepung.Gaul sebati.Warnakan kek ikut
suka

5.Bakar kek 170-180© hingga masak

Oil Cake (Kek Minyak)

Ingredients:

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp ovalette

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup oil

Vanilla essence

2 cups all-purpose flour

Cake coloring (optional)

Instructions:

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add ovalette and continue beating.

Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla essence, and oil.

Lastly, add the baking powder and flour. Mix well. Color the cake as desired.

Bake the cake at 170-180°C until fully cooked.
