Easy Hollandaise Sauce!!!
Hollandaise sauce is a French sauce renowned for its rich, buttery texture and subtly tangy flavor. It is one of the five “mother sauces” of classical French cuisine, as categorized by Auguste Escoffier. Hollandaise is most famously served with Eggs Benedict, but also pairs exceptionally well with vegetables like asparagus, and proteins such as fish and poultry.
This video is for those who struggle with making Hollandaise Sauce using a Blender or doing a Double Boil. It's also useful even for those who simply want to have fewer dishes to clean up as this only requires a single Saucepan.
