The Muscle Workout is designed to increase your general strength and to build muscles. You shouldn't only work on skills but also always on the basics fitting your level. It is all about the sets and reps!

Try to achieve all the goals in the workout. It's okay if you can't do it at your first attempt. Over time you will reach that level.

Once you achieve all the goals, look forward to the Intermediate version of this workout.
