Lawfully Foreclosure requires a Trial by Jury as per the U.S. Constitution and the Northwest Ordinance of 1787.

All 50 States are non-compliant with the Savings Family Homes Act of 2008 Mortgage Settlement Agreement.

Foreclosure "Trial by Jury" does not exist in any court in America.

Judges and Lawyers are the infiltrated "ENEMY" executing "Domestic Terrorism" by "Seditious Conspiracy" to seize our property and FREEDOM.

The Mortgage Crisis of 2008-2009 had every expert come before Congress and testify of Title Fraud that will take decades to clean up.

The American Bar Association (ABA) stated this in their own formal analysis of the Mortgage Crisis; plus, the ABA confirmed that all litigation should fall under UCC Article 9 for Negotiable Notes, NOT MORTGAGES.

CHARGES & CLAIMS:
The “ENEMY” (Title 50 US Code 2204) seized by “SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY” (Title 18 US Code 2384), and weaponized the US Judicial Branch from top to bottom executing “DOMESTIC TERRORISM” (Title 18 US Code 2331) upon the “We the People” of America through pirated power affirmed by “ENEMY” Courts.
