Lower Body Standing Standing Strength Workout with Mini-Band and Weights | 10 Minutes

This standing 10-minute workout targets the lower body musculature with 3 combination moves in 2 rounds of minute-long intervals! I am using a set of dumbbells (10 lbs) and a single heavy dumbbell (25 lb) along with a mini-band to work the legs, glutes, hips and back but this workout can also be done bodyweight. Shoes and equipment are always optional. There is no warm up or cool down in this short workout.
