My Last Push Day Before Competition (BodybuildingVegan)

Join me for my final push workout just 6 days out from my bodybuilding competition! In this training session, I take you through my complete push routine while sharing my competition prep experience. Despite being 19 pounds down this month and feeling the strength decrease, I'm sticking to the plan my coach and I created.
This workout features incline Smith machine presses, Prime press machine variations, chest flies, lateral raises, and tricep pressdowns, all while showing how I'm managing the physical and mental challenges of pre-competition prep as a vegan bodybuilder. I even throw in some calf work and cardio to finish strong.
