Elon Musk: We should return to a focus on merit. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman or what race you are.

What matters is how good are you at your job or what are your skills. You could be a three-legged green Martian, who wears a kimono and drinks the yak's milk. Who cares? It doesn't matter.

What matters is, how good is your work? That's the least racist or sexist you can be, is just care about the work that somebody does and not anything else.”
