Allow Me to Introduce Myself | Fixer Upper Farm

Hello and welcome to our channel. We're glad you're here and we hope you'll stick around!

We don't call our property a "homestead", nor ourselves "homesteaders", mostly because it's not 1862 anymore. While some of the fundamental practices are part of our daily lives, there are so many other factors to consider. And like a good stew, regardless of the ingredients, you have to let them simmer for a while to really bring out the flavors.

So, now 2 years into our journey of making something out of nothing on this 10 acre mostly-wooded property we call home, we are launching this YouTube channel. We're documenting the journey as much for ourselves as we are for you, but don't let that land like an insult. Time goes by so fast and we're learning something new every day (and making our share of mistakes). Lest we forget where we came from, let this channel be our proof, and you the viewer our accountability, for the growth and change we've seen in our lives and the world around us.
