This has allowed safe reloading for all since our reloading manual data specified powder by weight. And through those decades, we've been amazed at the benchrest shooters who reload their brass casings 40 or 50 times, and dispensed their powder by volume to fill the case capacities behind their bullets seemingly in contrarian to the rest of us who were still methodically trickling up precise powder charges.
