Melee only/No damage Stray Demon (Dark souls Remastered)

Surprisingly more difficult than I was expecting, mostly because I stubbornly fought him before getting a +14 weapon. While it's tempting to rebuff when he does the jump, I don't recommend it, as he recovers pretty quick, and you need to start running as soon as possible to avoid his explosion.
