Bay County, Florida - On 08/29/2024 police respond to a local bar for a person causing a public disturbance, screaming at security and refusing to leave the premises. The male was found rolling around the bushes in the back lot and was extremely intoxicated, unable to stand or cooperate. In his drunken ramble, he increasingly becomes more aggressive and defiant with law enforcement, who ultimately arrest him for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence.
