I, Queen Romana of Canada hereby Decree unlawful the removal of Children from their Homes from the care of their biological parents or legal Guardians for whatsoever reason(s).
Police Constables/Law Enforcement Officers/Children Protection Services Agency/Schools, etc, attempting to remove Children from their Homes will be charged with Child Kidnapping/Child Sex Trafficking/Human Trafficking all of which carries death penalty.
