Small Business STANDS UP to NYT!!!

The judge in New York Times v. OpenAI demanded that OpenAI preserve ALL ChatGPT conversations, even private ones that users request to be deleted! That affects ALL users of ChatGPT, not just the parties to the case.

A small business just filed a motion to intervene which will hopefully put a stop to that crap.
