1- Set the seat at the height which keeps the handles just at shoulder height for you šŸ’¦

2- Set the handles as far back as your shoulder mobility allows to get maximum stretch at the bottom which is the part of the movement that causes the most amount of growth according to the scientific literature that we have at the moment. So it is in your best interest to go to the full stretch positions on the exercises that allow you to do so šŸ¤™

3- Sit a bit towards the edge of the seat so that you can slightly lean back on the back pad while doing the reps. This will decrease the amount of momentum that you could use, hence decreasing the amount of weight you could use, hence less chances of injury, more stimulus for growth, the whole damn package šŸ“¦

4- Imagine there's somebody you don't like at all standing in front of you while you're doing the reps and you have the power of shooting lasers from your nipples. Think about shooting the lasers straight to that person's head while doing the reps. This will keep your chest and chin high without you even trying 🄱

5- Don't worry too much about the scapulae, keeping your chest up high will keep them pinned back at where they need to be for the most part 🫔

6- Aggressive on the concentric, hold the squeeze for a bit, slow on the eccentric, hold the stretch for a bit and repeat 🄵
