Judge James Ho, sitting on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and recipient of the Supreme Court’s latest zany opinion involving the Alien Enemies Act, has published a seven-page scathing indictment of SCOTUS, chastising the court for denigrating the inferior federal courts, the Article II Executive Branch, and the rule of law itself—all in apparent pursuit by SCOTUS and many Progressive inferior judges of the politicization of the Article III judicial branch of government which was designed by our Founders to be thoroughly non-political.

To say that it’s rare to have an inferior federal judge chastise the Article III Supreme Court of the United States is an understatement of galactic proportions.
It’s also worth noting that if Judge Ho were submitting an application to the Trump administration to be a candidate for a seat on SCOTUS, he could not have done a better job than to have authored this opinion.
