LotR BfME 1, Evil Campaign playthrough part 5 (no commentary)

I finally hit a wall with this campaign, found a territory im having trouble with. I'll have to try to attack another territory and get more powers, and a higher income. I still chop it up to coms cheating. They have a larger army than good is allowed. They are suppose to be capped at 300 command. They also have rank 3 units despite not winning a battle against me or having a hero unit training them. Go ahead say im bad at the game. Its true, but I still say coms cheat.
