How much of the Lawton staff will leave when the state takes over?
How hard will it be for DOC to recruit staff from that area?
DOC is broke and doesn't have money for supplies at current facilities how will they be able to afford supplies for Lawton?
Will there be issues with unities and water. Both have to be transferred to the state.
What about maintenance. DOC is already having their license plumbers, electricians and maintenance personnel commit felonies by signing fraudulent paperwork saying the personally observed construction which they couldn't have observed. The assaults on staff continue and it seems no end to violence.
