Pro Late Models at Madison Lake

A National career race at Madison Lake Motorsport Park on Expert difficulty. Early in the night there is plenty of traction. By the heat races the top and bottom are about the same. Come feature time, it seems dominated by the top lane. Smooth surface to run on with good room to navigate traffic.

2 cautions on this hotdog shaped track. The first caution came as Zack Owens got into Brian Carter while attempting to lap him, with Owens spinning. The second caution came as Daniel Wilson and Mason Massey connected while battling for position, with Massey spinning. Come feature time the car would just slide out or push if I attempted to run the low line, so I got stuck on the high side or pull a slide job (not enough car power to pull it off right). My setup for after qualifying is different than race setup. I could get it to stick on the lower half of the track, but really lost a lot of speed. Overall traffic navigation was good, but could be better if the car would handle on the low side.
