The US-backed Gaza aid plan and why the UN doesn't like it

The U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation is meant to start distributing aid in Gaza at the end of May, though it is unclear how without a ceasefire. The U.N. won't work with the new body, saying it puts aid under military control and will turn the hunger of desperate Gazans into a bargaining chip. Lucy Fielder reports.
