Defensive Ammo BATTLE: Which 30 Super Carry Round is BEST?

I have been carrying Federal HST ammunition in my 30 Super Carry Avidity Arms PD10. I finally got around to testing some other offerings like the Federal Punch and Speer Gold Dot to see if made the right decision. Here are the results of that testing.
