Dustin, Steve, and Robin intercept a coded Russian transmission, hinting at a larger conspiracy. Meanwhile, the Mind Flayer begins possessing Billy, setting the stage for a sinister plot, while strange rat behavior and supernatural clues escalate the sense of impending danger.
