Jamie Tonnes: Ottawa’s energy policies aren’t considering Alberta's needs

CNAPS Executive Director Jamie Tonnes says Albertans feel that Canada’s energy policies aren’t taking their needs and exports into consideration. Tonnes adds that if Alberta were to succeed from Canada, it would move toward becoming an independent country and not the 51st state of America.
