Stalker To Judge: I Stopped Harassing Them Already, No Need For Protection Order

You gotta hand it to a man who knows the exact dates, two and three years later, that he stopped harassing these two ladies. He is a very thorough person, it seems. Maybe that's why these two ladies are so fearful of him. After all, this guy is about to plead guilty to faking a hostage crisis and drawing SWAT response.

This hearing is just about two ladies getting personal protection orders against this asshat whose non-chalance creeps me out.
