This video presents a predictive analysis or prognostic of the case of P Diddy. As with any prognostic, the future is always uncertain until the final outcome, which determines the accuracy or inaccuracy of the prediction and reasons for it. The scientific or fact analysis, by contrast, remains the same, excepting errors or omissions.

UPDATE: On October 3, 2025, Diddy was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and sentenced to 50 months in prison, plus five years probation and a $500,000 fine. This outcome falls in the shallow end of the projected range. This can easily be explained by the incompetence of the prosecutors, due to the significant discrepancy between the charges and outcome. Prosecutors are not supposed to prosecute charges unless they have an over 90% chance of conviction with just about any judge or jury in the area, irrespective of the truth of the claims. Even within the current system, which has no scientific merit, this can easily be determined by obtaining the opinions of other judges (e.g., retired judges) and juries through opinion polls, focus groups, etc. This evidence alone is sufficient to prove a mistrial and warrant a re-trial if the accused wasn’t prosecuted on a limb or had a biased judge or jury.
