During the channel on May 21st, someone asked a question about working with your shadow self. It lead throughout the channel to all three of them talking about the shadow self on different levels.

We begin with our own work we do as a part of the ascension process. Then, when looking at the US, you can see how there are people awake (the forward self) and people not not (the shadow self). It was then pointed out that this is what is happening on a global level. Then finally, in discussion, Alexander pointed out, well it's also on a cosmic level!! So here is a short discussion about the shadow self.
