In the next part of the video, Rupert Lowe questions Keir Starmer at PMQS whether Lucy Connolly, a mum of a 12-year-old daughter, being jailed for 31 months for one foolish tweet is fair. She deleted it after 3 hours and for 31 months.
This case has subsequently been raised in the White House, and many people are becoming very critical of the UK judicial system.
Keir Starmer tells Parliament that the UK is renowned for its commitment to free speech.
