Welcome to album review Tuesdays here on the channel and tonight we are doing another member request and this one comes from my GF Janelle and she has asked for a review of Zepar-Sepulchral Voice Of Darkness which was released in 2022 on Victims Of Fate Records. Now Zepar hails from Helsinki Finland and as far as I know has only put out one album with “Sepulchral Voice Of Darkness”

Now right from the get go you can certainly tell this is Finnish black metal right down to the ice cold production, abrasive raw guitars, haunting keyboard work and Vocals that sound like a frozen undead spectral entity that moves behind the shadows and this of course will not be for everyone at all. I think back to bands like Beherit and Darkthrone and their earliest creations of making something truly cold and disturbing and the fact that this is a female project makes it that much more interesting.
