RCT3: Blackheart's Cove Through the Years - Chapter 1

Welcome to Blackheart's Cove! In this series of videos I'll be taking you through the history of Blackheart's Cove and how the park has progressed over the saves and years. Here in the first chapter, we see the emergence of a water park and some accommodating flat rides.

"A waterpark is a great way to boost ticket sales, and the climate and location are practically begging for it!" said R. Austenblüm, new owner and operator. "We have real big plans for next summer! I intend to make Blackheart's Cove an exclusive thrill seekers resort!"

What started as a simple scenario inside the "Soaked" expansion, Blackhearts Cove has become a lifelong hobby, as I have spent over a decade returning to the park in order to build, refine and create.

What is being presented is a series of videos in an attempt to produce a landscape and destination inside a simulated medium. The actual "game" aspect of RCT3 was left behind long ago, as I see it now more as a digital erector set or modeling program.

What will be showcased inside these videos is a mix of both vanilla and custom assets, all the tricks I have learned about hiding scenery, invisible pathing, custom coverings, short circuiting the recording system and other creative solutions I've found about building within the limitations of the engine.
