🧀 Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)

1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Bisquick (or any baking mix)

1 cup milk

2 eggs

🔥 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in salt, pepper, and optional ketchup/mustard for that authentic burger flavor.
