Steven Seagal likes to sit down. Steven Seagal doesn't care a whole lot about justice, but the amount he likes sitting down more than makes up for it which makes this by far his most accurate title. He also kills a bunch of people, some of whom are probably bad just because of the sheer volume of kills and statistical probability.
