Cider Sunday: Galipette Biologic Hard Cider 5.0/5*

Running 4.0 for the ABV, 0 IBUs and the SRM is a 12 by my eye.
This one was really interesting. We haven't had many ciders with progressing flavor profiles.
This one was a very pleasant surprise.
