the incident that happened to Xana and Ethan caused this Hit and Run.

so at the end of this video you will see Xana and Ethan and what looks like it was a Chase and fun then turned into something nefarious. this is the real reason of their demise this is the real reason why Fernandez's sister who had Carmen's vehicle and a few others ran with that vehicle when they shouldn't have been driving hit two other pedestrians.

however was uploaded later in the evening which is early morning for most at the GrubHub truck people were watching that incident and a new incident that was going on around the corner of the GrubHub truck.

These kids were beat up. Then later they staged a stabbing in the house. I still believe that Kaylee made it.
there's still something lingering about the sixth roommate in which we can't find. her name is Lindsay and she was the one that took over Kaylee's lease. I'm not sure she's the one that took over her bedroom.

there's a reason why Murphy was not in the house because Murphy didn't live there anymore neither did Kaylee.
however these kids know exactly what happened cuz they placed the dog into that room the next morning.
