The dominion mandate has to do with heart and mouth way more than we may know. All you need is seed, soil and your mouth to manifest heaven on earth and in every area of your life. The seed is the words of Christ, the soil is my heart, and your mouth activates the harvest. The kingdom is about belief in the heart and voice activation, and it does not operate like the world does.
