Liberation of Bogatyr is serious blow to enemy's defence

🫡 Servicemen of the 29th Combined Arms Army (Vostok Group of Forces) during offensive operations have liberated Bogatyr in South Donetsk direction and raised Russian flags there.

🤝 The Russian troops eliminated hostile firing positions, defence lines, and fire assets due to cooperation of assault detachments, UAVs, and artillery. Air support and precise strikes on identified targets have significantly weakened the defence of Ukrainian militias.

🚩 Russian units suppressed main pockets of resistance, mopped up the area, and set control over the village annihilating manpower and materiel of the enemy.

💥 The liberation of the settlement was a serious blow against enemy's defence in South Donetsk direction. The militants turned it into a powerful fortified area and a logistics hub in a few kilometres from the border with Dnepropetrovsk region. There were defence lines, strongholds with powerful infrastructure, and over 1400 buildings and constructions. The enemy planned to halt the advance of the Vostok Group of Forces there. Nonetheless, the Russian servicemen within several days took the village under control and go on ramming ahead. They are smashing enemy’s defence and liberating Donbass. Source
