In this chapter, we discuss the sacrifices that the Israelites would be offering throughout the year to God. There was a daily sacrifice, first day of the month, different offerings for different festivals. The purposes of these offerings was to be a 'fragrant aroma' to God, to appease anger, as well as keeping the priests fed.
