WhatsApp must have started receiving reports from victims of Damian Sevilla's PayPal starvation scam when TikTok did, around February of this year (2025). If WhatsApp knew this Spanish PayPal scammer was using their platform to steal large sums from WhatsApp users fraudulently 3 MONTHS AGO...
WHY IS DAMIAN SEVILLA'S ACCOUNT STILL ACTIVE TODAY (23rd May 2025) ??
THERE SHOULD BE AN ONLINE DATABASE OF IDENTIFIED SCAMMERS THAT ALL PLATFORMS SHARE WITH THE PUBLIC, THE POLICE, WITH EACH OTHER, AND ANYONE POTENTIALLY AFFECTED BY THESE INTERNET FRAUDSTERS !!!
