Guadia Quest - Complete the Game Challenge

Ramsis Retro Longplay / Let's Play of 'Retro Game Challenge' released for the Nintendo DS in 2009 in the North American Market. Based off of the Japanese TV show known as Retro Game Master / Game Center CX and when it was ported to the North American Market it was renamed as the Retro Game Challenge and translated to English but not really changed otherwise. So it's a fun little look back at gaming on the Famicom and NES but not really using any game from those systems, just in the style of. And all on your Nintendo DS.

It was the late 2000s and 8 bit retro was hot and heavy. The GBA and Nintendo DS were releasing many games that were reports of NES games and it was time to get in on that, by making a game that honors all things retro gaming of that time period. The game did a lot better in the Japanese market than in NA but still it has a cult following.

What better way to honor all things retro here on Ramsis Retro Reviews than by a retro game on a retro handheld system hosted by your retro loving host Ramsis. So yes we are going to do a full playthrough of the Retro Game Challenge here until all the challenges have been completed. There are 8 games in total and plenty of surprises in store.

In this series we will take you on a full playthrough of the game in Longplay and Let's Play format. Where Ramsis will give you complete playthrough with tips and lessons and thoughts as he plays through the entire game once again. This will be done in episode format with each episode connecting to the next and continuing where the gameplay left off.
