34% of The Villages Home inventory has been on the market over 90 days and is just sitting there with very little showings. If your house is priced right, in a good location without too many updates, it will sell. The Villages inventory has seen a huge increase in the last 2 years and so has Florida in general. The Villages holds up better than other 55 Plus Communities, but is not immune to the price corrections we are seeing across the country. Sellers in The Villages need to understand Covid is over and its time to face reality.
