3. Give Time to Perform - v.2 - forty years
4. Give Trials/Tests - v.3
5. Deliver and Protect through the Trials - v. 4
6. Further and Continuous instructions - v. 5 - like parents to children
- more followup instructions - vv. 10-20
7. Encourage trough rewards and more promises - v. 7
