Chinese manufacturing quality (Or lack of)

We bought a whole box of these 50 watt 220 to 110 volt transformers from Lazada, which is similar to Amazon in the USA.
Only 4 of them worked, the rest was broken.
Yes, all came from Chinese factories.
I've been repairing things for about 55 years so I took a look.
Sadly, this is a good representative of the cheap dangerous crap the Chinese sell here in the Philippines.
They could never "get away with" selling dangerous items anywhere else.
