You're NEVER "alone" when you have "you".

"Loneliness" can seem like the worst thing. When you enjoy your own company, you're never alone. Silence isn't the worst thing, it's an invitation to get to know yourself a bit better. It is an opportunity to ask yourself the hard questions, and to honestly and sincerely answer them, without negative judgment, but with love for wherever you are, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Perhaps there's a reason for the saying, "ME, Myself, and I". 🙏
