King Charles arrives to open a new session of Canada's parliament

Britain's King Charles inspected an honor guard as he arrived at Canada's parliament on Tuesday (May 27). Charles was invited by Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney to open parliament, the first time a British monarch has carried out the duty since his mother, the late Queen Elizabeth, did so 68 years ago.
