Stainless steel muffin tins! I am using these now instead of silicone muffin cups. Silicone is everywhere and so convenient, but here's why I stopped using it.

Recent information suggests we shouldn't bake with silicone at temps above 200 degrees Fahrenheit... to avoid transferring microplastics into our food. 🤦🏻‍♀️

So I've gone back to old way... muffin tins! Yet, instead of using non-stick or aluminum (both yuck as well)... these are stainless steel.

Just grease and use. My muffins pop right out!
