Episode 2 - Economic Reform and Privatisation

The second episode of the Chinese series on the counter revolution in the USSR focusses on the, so called, economic reform process. What becomes clear is that the Gorbachev leadership deliberately sabotaged the Soviet economy to create a sense of crisis that would justify wholesale privatisation.
