Robotics researchers at Stanford University are developing 'Tidybot,' a rolling robotic arm that leverages artificial intelligence, including large language models and vision models, to learn and perform personalized household tasks. Jeannette Bohg, an assistant professor of computer science at Stanford University, says Tidybot can pick things up, put things away, open drawers and wipe counters.
