BodybuildingVegan Goes to the All American Gym

Hit an incredible push day workout at All American Gym in Lakeland Florida during our road trip to Orlando. Traffic was terrible so we stopped for an epic training session at this old school bodybuilding paradise. Started with chest flies for blood flow and warmup then moved into heavier compound movements. This gym reminded me of my high school days with that classic hardcore atmosphere. Brent and I crushed this chest and shoulder session while showing you our exact training methods. Sometimes the universe provides exactly what you need when plans change.
