One of my favorite Texas saying is, “when you find a good horse, you ride it!” Several of you apprised me that today’s show was very helpful because it increased your understanding of fungus. As I taught, grape skin nutrient, resveratrol has antidepressant properties, because resveratrol has anti-fungal properties and yeasts and fungi can cause depression. It seems we found a good horse!
